Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local DryMark Restoration team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Damage Restoration Work
Every job at DryMark Restoration is priced job by job, off a free written estimate. There are no hourly rates, no plans to join, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. You see the full number for your specific job, in writing, before anyone starts work – and that number doesn’t move once you’ve agreed to it.
That’s not a policy we invented to sound customer-friendly. It’s Haven Standard, Clause 1, and it exists because Alicia Brennan built this company around the single most common way restoration jobs go sideways: the homeowner authorizes work they don’t fully understand, at a price they’ve never seen in writing. A written estimate before work starts removes that problem entirely. You know what you’re getting. We know what we’re doing. Nobody finds out the real number at the end.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free.
When we come out, a background-checked, uniformed technician walks the affected area, documents what they find with photos, and puts together a written price for the specific job in front of them. That visit typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes depending on scope. At the end of it, you have a written document with a real number on it – not a range, not a “starting from,” not a verbal approximation.
You’re under no obligation to book. If you want a second opinion, we’ll even review another company’s written estimate at no charge. The point of the visit is for you to have enough information to make a decision. That’s it.
Before
AfterWhen People Usually Call Us
Damage restoration work doesn’t follow a tidy schedule, but it does have rhythms that anyone in this trade recognizes.
The emergency calls come when something fails: a pipe bursts overnight, a sump pump gives out during a heavy rain event, a washing machine supply line lets go on a Sunday. Those calls reach a live person here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – no voicemail, no next-business-day callback while water is still moving through your subfloor.
Then there are the calls that aren’t emergencies but probably should have happened sooner. A musty smell in a finished basement that’s been there since last spring. Discoloration on a ceiling that appeared after the ice dams cleared. A buyer’s inspection that flagged something the seller hadn’t noticed. These tend to come in during the planning seasons – early spring when people are opening up spaces that were closed all winter, and late summer when homeowners are thinking about what they want addressed before the weather changes.
Both kinds of calls get the same response: a scheduled visit, a named technician, and a written price before anyone touches anything. The urgency of the situation doesn’t change how we document it.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way

Whether you’re calling because water is actively moving through your home or because you want to understand what that stain on the drywall actually is, the standards that apply to your job don’t change.
A written price before work starts. Always. Haven Standard, Clause 1. No exceptions have been made in over 12,000 jobs, and none will be made on yours.
A photo record on every visit. Not an upsell, not something we do on bigger jobs. Every visit. The documentation we produce – daily moisture readings, room by room, signed and dated – is what turns a restoration invoice into a claim an insurer will pay without a fight. Alicia built this company around that gap, and the photo record is part of closing it.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise. If it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s a signed guarantee stamped on every job under The Haven Standard, not a line we use to close a sale.
Equipment deployed on every job includes professional-grade drying systems from Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry, documented to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards. Those aren’t brand names we drop for effect – they’re the tools that produce the readings that prove the job is done.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely. A technician comes to your home, documents the affected area, and gives you a written price for the specific job. There’s no charge for the visit, no obligation to book, and no pressure when the visit is over. If you have a competitor’s written estimate and want a second opinion on it, that review is also free.
Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?
No, and that’s deliberate. DryMark prices every job off a free written estimate – one job, one written number, agreed before work starts. There’s no financing product, no payment plan, no membership, and no subscription. If you want to understand what a job will cost, the estimate visit is how you find out.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per service visit. If you’re unsure which applies to your situation, ask when you call – a live person will give you a straight answer, not a voicemail that routes you somewhere else.
Does the price change once you’re here?
No. The written estimate is the price. If a technician gets into the job and finds something that wasn’t visible during the assessment – something that would change the scope – we stop, document what we found, and re-quote before doing anything further. You agree to the new scope in writing, or we stop there. No one adds work to your job without your written sign-off first.

Call (629) 213-4606 any time – a live person answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you’d rather start online, book through our website and a technician will confirm your window by text. Either way, you’ll have a written price before anyone starts work.
