The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every job DryMark Restoration completes is covered by a written workmanship promise for 365 days from the date of service. If something we did doesn’t hold – a repair fails, a treated area shows the same problem we were called to fix, anything – we come back, we look at it, and we make it right. No fee to invoke it. No form to fill out. No receipt to dig up. We have the job on file.
What’s Covered
- Our workmanship, on every service we performed: if the work we did fails within 365 days, the return visit and the correction are on us.
- Parts and materials we supplied and installed: anything we sourced and put in place is covered for the same 365-day window.
- A no-charge return visit: if something looks wrong, we schedule a tech to come back and assess it – no diagnostic fee, no trip charge.
- A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold: if a fix we made fails, we don’t patch the patch – we do the job right.
- Site cleanup after any return visit: we leave the space the way we found it, same as the original job.
- Photo documentation on the return visit: the same evidence standard we use on every job applies when we come back – you’ll have a record of what we found and what we did.
What Isn’t Covered

These exclusions exist because they’re honest, not because they’re convenient for us. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, call us – we’ll come look before we decide anything.
- New damage that occurred after our visit: a second flood, a storm, an appliance failure that happened independently – those are new events, and we’d treat them as a new job.
- Work performed by another contractor after we left: if someone else touched the same area, we can’t stand behind the outcome.
- Parts or materials the customer supplied: we can only warrant what we sourced ourselves.
- Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install: aging components we didn’t touch aren’t part of what we promised.
- Problems the customer declined to have fixed: if we flagged an issue during the job and you chose not to have it addressed, we noted that in the file – we can’t cover what we weren’t asked to do.
- Damage caused by conditions outside the original scope: if the cause has changed since we left – different moisture source, structural shift, pest intrusion – we’ll tell you clearly what we’re seeing and give you a written price for whatever comes next.
Before
AfterHow to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (629) 213-4606 or book online
A live person answers every call, around the clock – no voicemail, no callback queue. Tell them you’re calling about a previous job and they’ll pull up your file before you finish the sentence.
Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done
We keep a documented record of every job we’ve performed since 2011, including the written scope, the photo log, and the service date. You don’t need to find a receipt or a confirmation email – we have it.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We’ll book a named, uniformed tech to come back to your home – same standards as the original visit, background-checked and licensed. You’ll get a real time window and a heads-up text when they’re on the way.
Step 4: We make it right
The tech assesses what you’re seeing against the original documented record. If it falls within our workmanship, we correct it at no charge and document the return visit with the same photo standard we use on every job.
Timing

The 365-day window runs from the date your service was completed – that date is in your job file and on the written price you received before work started. If you notice something and you’re not sure whether you’re still within the window, call us. If a concern comes in just after the 365 days, we don’t slam a door – we still send someone to look, and we handle it like a reasonable business would. Each location is independently owned and operated, but every one operates under The Haven Standard and honors this promise on the same terms.
Questions About the Promise
If you have a question about what’s covered, whether your job qualifies, or you just want to talk through what you’re seeing, call (629) 213-4606. A live person will answer. There’s no form, no fee, and no case number to track down – just tell us your name and roughly when we were there, and we’ll take it from there.
