Every visit starts with

Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file

The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.

Training & Ongoing Support

You don’t need to have pulled baseboards after a supply line failure to own a restoration business. What you need is a system that tells you exactly what to do when the phone rings at 2 a.m., and a team that will stay on the line while you do it. DryMark was built on documentation, not instinct, and the training model follows the same rule. Every process is written down. Every role has a playbook. Every new owner goes through the same sequence: learn the standard, learn the trade, learn the business, then run jobs with coaching until the habit is set. Alicia Brennan’s own background as a claims adjuster shaped the curriculum. She built the company around what insurers actually look for, and the training teaches it from day one.

Initial Training

The onboarding path runs from signed agreement to open doors, and it covers what Haven Standard Clause 1 demands: a written price before any work starts. That isn’t a motivational slogan. It’s a workflow, and you’ll practice it. The initial block runs roughly six weeks and moves through operations, technical fundamentals, software, hiring, and local marketing. Operations comes first. You’ll learn job intake, scoping, the photo documentation sequence, daily moisture log requirements, and how to write a scope that an adjuster can actually approve. The trade portion covers water mitigation, drying science, containment, and remediation categories, taught by field training leads who run active jobs. You’ll learn to read a psychrometric chart well enough to explain it to a homeowner: relative humidity, grains per pound, target drying conditions. Software training covers the documentation platform, CRM, scheduling, and the reporting tools that produce the logs every job requires. Hiring and marketing round out the block, with scripts for interviewing techs and launch templates for local campaigns. No prior restoration experience is required, and no one graduates until they can produce a daily log without thinking about it.

Launch Support

Launch Support

Opening week is supported, not improvised. The brand team helps stand up your local digital presence: Google Business Profile setup, service-area mapping, website structure, and review-generation workflows. The national brand runs demand campaigns, and your local lead engine gets built around one operating rule: a live person answers every call, 24/7. That’s a moat, and it requires scheduling discipline from day one, so the launch team works with you to set phone coverage, on-call rotations, and dispatch flow before the first job comes in. First-jobs coaching is hands-on. A support manager reviews your early scopes line by line before they go to the homeowner, walks the first few claims through adjuster submission, and stays in the thread while you work through the drying log sequence. Many owners report that their first five jobs were the most educational weeks of their professional lives, because the system was doing its job: making the process visible enough to learn.

Ongoing Support

Support doesn’t end at launch. The resources compound as your operation matures, and the network exists to keep you trading on the same standard:

  • Field coaching: scheduled call reviews, scope audits on request, and ride-alongs with senior field leads for complex loss categories like sewage and mold containment.
  • Claims documentation review: your drying logs and photo sets get audited against IICRC, RIA, and IFA expectations to keep invoices moving through adjusters without friction.
  • Marketing and lead support: ongoing local campaign management, national brand advertising alignment, and review-response guidance built around the documented-record promise.
  • Vendor relationships and buying power: access to national pricing on Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry drying systems, plus consumables and containment materials ordered through the brand’s supply program.
  • Technology stack updates: the documentation and CRM platforms get regular feature improvements, training calls, and migration support when the system evolves.
  • Peer network and national standards calls: scheduled calls with other owners running the same standard, structured case reviews, and access to the team that maintains The Haven Standard itself.
